“We had a fantastic time whilst at your Tree House Cottage. From the moment we arrived in Haliburton, everything was perfection. Your cottage is very welcoming and has a great character about it, we also found it to be in excellent condition and couldn't say enough of the wonderful location.

Our son arrived with a little trepidation towards the lake, however by the start of our second day and with the aid of one of your life jackets he was jumping in off the decking and continued to swim and dive every day of the holiday - even in the rain!!

Personally our own memories will recall the many late hours we spent on the decking around the fire watching the sun go down and listening to the eerie call of the loons late into the night. Priceless!!”

Lake Salerno - Great Family Cottage
This great family cottage is situated on Salerno Lake, south-westerly region of Haliburton Highlands, and is accessed directly off Hwy 503 in Irondale.

Salerno Lake, formerly Devil's Lake, is a lake in Ontario's cottage country. It is an approximately 2 hours drive away from Toronto. Salerno Lake is about 4 miles long. It is a fairly narrow lake that resembles a large river and has excellent fishing. The lake is in a big valley, and most places in the lake are about 25 feet deep, but there are two spots where it can get as deep as 45 feet.

Our Salerno Lake Cottage is an extremely comfortable year-round home, which sleeps in the summer up to 8 people; 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, pull out sofa queen + single bed. The Bunkie is beautifully located right next door to the cottage and even has a private outhouse!!
